WIRED Pulse: AI at the Barbican is a one-day event exploring the future of artificial intelligence and its impact on human experience. Curated by the award-winning WIRED editorial team and co-hosted by the Barbican Centre, the event features eight high-level keynotes from thought-provoking disruptors and a Test Lab dedicated to AI demos.

This years speakers include Marcus du Sautoy, mathematician and author of The Creativity Code, who will talk about AIs impact on creativty; lawyer and AI researcher Sandra Wachter from the Oxford Internet Institute, who will discuss the fascinating way algorithms make decisions and the ethics behind it; and Vishal Chatrath, the Founder of Prowler.io, the startup taking decision-making into the virtual hands of artificial intelligence.

Taking place at the end of London Tech Week as the festivals official headline consumer event, WIRED Pulse: AI at the Barbican will attract over 400 attendees interested in the human aspect of artificial intelligence, how it impacts the way we live now, and how we could in the future. Set during the course of the Barbicans AI: More Than Human exhibition and created from WIREDs engaging and trusted perspective, the event is uniquely positioned to offer audience members a multi-layered and memorable experience.

This event is ideal for executives, enthusiasts and future entrepreneurs working in or intrigued by technology, artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Special tickets are available for young people aged 16-19, and groups of student and concession, ranging from 49-129, and which also provide access to the Barbicans AI: More Than Human exhibition (standard exhibition adult entry Sat-Sun 17).
