Following his live band debut at Ronnie Scott's, the adventurous but accessible album Maverick A Strike was released in 1997 & quickly became the soundtrack of the summer. 2 further albums were released on Epic, Vanguard in 2000 & Much More than Much Love in 2004 together with a best of (The Best of the Epic Years)  in 2008. He has performed at venues & festivals all over the world including SOBs in NYC, The Roxy in LA, Slaine Castle, Glastonbury, WOMAD, V Festival, Roskilde, T in the Park, Le Bataclan, Milkweg, Rock City & Cafe de Paris to name but a few & has supported  a wide range of artists including, James Brown, Lee Scratch Perry, Paul Weller, The Verve & Ben Harper & has recorded with Sly & Robbie, Beth Orton, William Orbit, Iggy Pop, Primal Scream, Massive Attack &  many more. The late great Amy Winehouse supported him at the Shepherds Bush Empire in 2003 & more recently, Martha Tilston at the Jazz Cafe. Finley is always working whether touring or writing & recording new material for a new album scheduled for release Summer 2016. Currently touring a semi acoustic show throughout Europe with live band dates planned for the UK in October
