Wake Up & Deirdrealize

A ridiculous, outlandish, improvised, character romp, guaranteed to take you on the most thrilling rollercoaster ride of your life Deirdre Me is on a mission to show the world how awesome it is, one person at a time, starting with you. Hailing all the way from Texas-Tennessee, Deirdre is more magnanimous than Gandhi, sexier than chocolate, hotter than the sun. With an artillery of brash offensive charm, outlandish opinions and ridiculous ideas she is locked, loaded and ready to open fire in pursuit of your awesomeness. If you think you dont want that, trust Deirdre when she tells you you sure as hell need it. The louder you scream, the faster we go! This is the story of one womans desperate quest to win at life. In a world where dreams are sold as reality, the notion of fake it to make it is pushed to the extreme until even Deirdre cant keep up the pretense anymore. A hilarious examination of the meaning of success, a ludicrous expose of the isolation and loneliness that threaten to engulf us all in our endless quest to achieve it. The show is an audacious combination of story-telling and game show, with a dark twist. Everyone is about to Wake Up & Deirdrealize, not least of all Deirdre herself. Nincompoops first ever full length theatre show is bought to you by the companys creator, first class Gaulier trained idiot Lucy Harrington.

Black Lips / Insecure Men (Solo) / Table Scraps + DJs

THIS IS TMRW & KILLER WAVE PROUDLY PRESENTS MONDAY NOVEMBER 20TH BLACK LIPS + SPECIAL GUESTS INSECURE MEN (SOLO) TABLE SCRAPS I DIG YOUR WIG DJS BLACK LIPS - http://black-lips.com/ Atlanta flower punk pioneers Black Lips have announced that their first album in three years, Satans graffiti or Gods art?, is set for release May 5 on Vice Records. Produced by Sean Lennon at his studio compound in upstate New York throughout 2016, the album is the groups most musically evolved to date, while still staying true to their original blistering take on fuzzy, dirty rock n roll. During the recording the band isolated themselves from the outside world, infusing the album with a focused liveliness similar to the spirit that brought them together in the first place. On Satans graffiti or Gods art? founding members Cole Alexander and Jared Swilley teamed with former guitarist Jack Hines (who played in the group from 2002-2004) and recent additions Oakley Munson on drums and Zumi Rosow on saxophone. The album also features contributions by Saul Adamczewski of Fat White Family and guest vocals by Yoko Ono. Black Lips were born of DIY ethic, working their way from sweaty basement shows in Georgia to huge crowds at international music festivals (including a performance at Fun Fun Fun Fest that appears in Terrence Malicks forthcoming film Song to Song) to tours in such far flung locales as India, Jordan, Cyprus, Egypt, Lebanon, Iraqi Kurdistan, the United Arab Emirates, and many more. Satans graffiti or Gods art? vindicates Black Lips for sticking it out through many years of shifting trends and buzz bands; a sonically captivating document that is as creatively unhinged as it is precisely executed, one of the rawest and most expansive albums in the bands storied history. Will Varley

rambling folk singer Will Varley announces his biggest headline tour to date. Momentum has been growing around the young troubadour since the release of his 4th studio album Kingsdown Sundown and this year he is poised to bring his music to an even wider audience. Darkly comic, often politically charged and always emotionally loaded, Varleys live shows have been drawing crowds across the world, and his headline tours have seen him selling out venues from Berlin to New York and everywhere in between. Last summer saw triumphant festival appearances at the likes of Glastonbury and Cambridge Folk Festival, with packed tents shouting along to every word.

Bad Sounds

HARE AND HOUNDS PRESENTS TUESDAY NOVEMBER 21ST BAD SOUNDS + SPECIAL GUESTS TBA BAD SOUNDS - https://www.facebook.com/realbadsounds Following debut single \'I Feel\' in December 2015, and receiving praise from everyone from The Line Of Best Fit to NOISEY and radio spins from Zane Lowe (Next Hype), Phil Taggart, Annie Mac and Huw Stephens at Radio 1, Bad Sounds return with the release of new single \'Avalanche\', out 29th April via Killing Moon Records. Co-produced by Duncan Mills (Peace / Spector), the Bath based 5-piece take their upbeat-pop sound to new levels; fusing cheerful pop hooks, fuzzy guitar lines and an undeniably addictive chorus, bringing sounds of the 70\'s and 80\'s into the 90\'s Brit-Pop era, with a twist. Bad Sounds play a run of UK festivals in support of the single including appearances at Field Day, Dot To Dot, The Great Escape and Glastonbury as art of the BBC Introducing stage line up. "Crisp electro pop, crunching guitar lines, the odd pleading vocal... it all adds up to a perfect pop confection" - Clash Magazine "The adventurous pop sensibilities of Bombay Bicycle Club with the funky leanings of Jungle" - The Line Of Best Fit "Bath-based brothers Bad Sounds revel in a woozy pop sensibility and a toothy grin" - DIY Magazine Doors: 7.30pm Tickets: 7 advance

Morgan James

AGMP presents MORGAN JAMES "A phenomenal talent whose feel for classic soul music is bone deep." - The New York Times The right vocalist can make you fall in love at first listen, elicit tears, or bring you back to a different era altogether. That holds true for New York-based soul singer, songwriter, and Broadway chanteuse Morgan James. On her full-length debut for Epic Records, Hunter, she casts an unbreakable spell with a powerhouse voice, theatrical swing, and a soulful poise. Morgan assumed co-writing duties on eight of the collections eleven tracks and even performed all of her own background vocals and harmonies. She is proud to note that no vocal tuning of any kind has been used on any of her albums. From the empowering farewell of Fed Up On You to the mournful rumination of Say The Words, or the soulful duet with Grammy Award winner Robert Glasper, "Let Me Keep You", she continually bares it allboth emotionally and musically. In addition to "Hunter", Morgan has released a live tribute to Nina Simone, "Morgan James Live", as well as an EP featuring some of her fan\'s favorite covers, "YouTube Sessions". Her latest studio album is her first as an independent artist, and "Reckless Abandon" is her most personal outing yet. Morgan assumed co-writing duties on all twelve tracks and sang all her own background vocals. The album is stocked with lush horns and harmonies, and stretches limbs between genres for a sound all its own.
