An Dhá means 'The Two' in Gaelic. Two musicians, two cultures, where the land and the sky meet, the Violin and the Cello, separate yet merging into one sound.
The delicacy of classical perfection, fire from the Scottish Tradition and the spirit of jazz and the life of the City. Two musicians on a journey exploring life and music, together.
An Dhá is the Folk music alter ego of the Chapel Hill Duo a violin and cello duo formed in 2011 at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. In 2017 they won the Celtic Connections Danny Kyle Competition.
