Forget about work for an evening and embrace Fat City’s unique combination of craft-infused, funk-inspired fun. Where else can you indulge your inner Neil Buchannan while listening to the finest soul, jazz, hip-hop, world, house, latin and disco tunes. In an evening of DJs, dancing, live music and Art Attack inspired revelry, let your creativity run wild as we paint eggs, make masks, invent monsters and float our own hand-crafted boats. It’s the perfect way to break up your mid-week tedium with a bit of sticky tape, cardboard, pipe cleaners and paint. This month’s creative inspiration is Under the Sea and all the weird and wonderful sights below the crystal blue water. Throughout the evening we’ll be throwing on our wetsuit in search of the most creative ocean-inspired creations (whether they be submarines, sea urchins, deep sea divers or pipe cleaner seahorses). A meal for two and a bottle of wine goes to the most inventive, funny and colourful entry and we’ll also have live bands and DJs to get you up and dancing through into the early hours.
